Rear toe seized
Hi, so I bought some new tires (2013 328i xdrive standard suspension with 17"wheels) and asked to get a 4wheel alignment done at the same time so that I can keep the warranty on the tires. The tire rep said that they couldnt adjust the toe on rear driver side wheel, to take it to a mechanic and return to finish the alignment. I tried to get more info from the guy, but he would only say the rear toe was seized and would just point to the alignment specs. Hopefully they were just real busy and didnt have the time to adjust a stuck bolt. I was wondering if anyone here could help me understand if I can just remove/replace the seized bolt and call it a day (only if there is no movement on the tire when testing). How is the rear toe actually adjusted on that rear control arm? From the pictures, I only see a non-adjustable wishbone and bushings on both ends...If anyone can help, Thanks!

The toe arm is the rear-most arm of the multilink suspension.
The bolt that connects the arm to the subframe (2) is eccentric and controls the toe. It secures with a bolt and nut.

Thanks FaRKle! ! So if there is no movement on the wheel and the bolt that secures to the subframe comes off with an impact wrench, most likely I could just replace that eccentric bolt & nut making it able for the tireshop to adjust the toe during alignment? right?

Here's the procedure (to replace the whole arm) from NewTIS.
