What a nice difference from the sedan!
I'm starting to feel excited about the prospects of the M4.
(Though, I still hate that frakkin' name.)

The plot thickens. I have a feeling this one is going to be pricey, especially since we hear there will be a $4800 price increment between the 4 series coupe and 3 series sedan.

LOL after seeing that fender attachment, I wish they would've just copied the 6-Series look. If the 4-Series had the fender of the 6, it would've nailed down the exterior.

Well the rumor is that BMW is going to increase the price - the pricing isn't going to be the difference found between the E90 and E92, there will be an additional "premium".

I still don't think the headlights have been rendered correctly. Based on the bra on the car, and the sketch photograph, the size of exposed grille meeting the headlights will be much smaller on the coupe. The lower lines of the headlight will angle up towards the kidney grilles, not remain flat and horizontal.

Ex.

That's not something which can be seen or pictured on this side profile render anyway.

A very good render.
Although I must stress please ditch the aftermarket slammed down look.

BMW M Performance accessories for the Coupe and Cabrio and eventually Gran Coupe will offer the trim around the lower side intake in CFRP.

debatable IMO, the headlight would seem to come to a sharp point from the profile, and less of the kidney girlle's "side" would be visible

scott its a photoshop render, let the ones who like to customize their cars get a taste of what it would look like, thats mainly the first thing people do to these cars anyway why not get a head start on the idea.

you are right about the headlights i am sure they will be shaped alittle different than the F30 but since you cant see them the F30 headlights stay for now.

I understand, it's a great render. I'm just anxious to see someone guess correctly with the closest look and would love to see somebody nail the headlight design.

Any plans to do a render of the front?

Can't see the front end being much different then the current sedan. Glad more pics are coming out...it's going to be a sharp car...err M4, that still sounds weird to say.

That upswoop at the bottom of the headlights could alsojust be a fold in the cloth though. Not saying it is or not but it looks like it could be.

That fender accent piece is gaudy. It's too shiny, serves no purpose and doesn't even look nice IMO. I imagine the black accent trim on the bumper is the same material.
