WTB: 340i x-drive, white, 6MT

Looking to buy a white 340i, must have x-drive, must be 6MT. Prefer as fully loaded as possible. Show me what you got!

I am in NJ so it's long distance but I recently sold a car to a buyer from Seattle, so long distance selling can be done.

Nice car, if it were M-Sport I would probably bite!

Looks like everything I want, but the price is kinda high for a car with that high mileage isn't it? Anyone have any experience with haggling a used dealership for something like this? I've never bought a used car before, only new and its pretty easy to negotiate new cuz you can make dealers compete with each other.

Wholesale on that car is 20k. Their cars are the ones that no BMW dealership would buy at auction. I've been there multiple times. Scratches, wear and tear, and less than upfront salesmen.

Yep and this is typical in general. Unless I absolutely know the dealer I'm working with, like I have a personal friend on the inside looking out for me, I would *always* look for an enthusiast spec on an enthusiast forum. The odds of getting a properly maintained car are so much better if you find the car on bimmerpost. Patience is a virtue.

Good to know. I've never been there although I see their ads all the time. This particular car just popped up on my feed since Im always looking at F30s. Some might say its an obsession of sorts

I also look to find out who owns the dealership. There are certain people who are notorious for being sleezy. If you have bought enough cars, you know exactly how to spot a sleezy owner or salesman.

Yeah, I spoke to them on the phone and they were unpleasant to say the least... also so many negative reviews of that particular dealership all over the place. I haven't heard 1 person say anything good about them.

Anyhow, my search continues!

Bingo. Glad you said it! To be quite blunt, if you're not Eastern European/Russian, they treat you like crap. Very shaddy people.
