Hey all
Just had a major service done to my 340i, so oil/spark plugs etc. Noticed in the drive home my exhaust wasn't popping/burbling on the overrun hardly at all. Maybe 10% of what it was before. I have a dual resonator delete and a back box mod so it was pretty loud/pronounced before hand. Could this be the car getting used to the new oil/spark plugs maybe? Going to check my exhaust flap in the morning and make sure it's still opening too. It's started the dreaded rattle/squeak so may have stuck shut perhaps.. hmm. Edit: service carried out by a indy garage so I don't think they flashed/updated my ECU |

It could be the electronics (ECU) adapting. Power was probably disconnected. Oil and spar plugs have nothing to do with it.
