mp3 from a USB stick

Hi, I'm new to this blog.
I have a question about how to play mp3 from a USB stick, my car is f30 2015, I have formatted my USB as FAT32 and I have no results, do I have to code them?

Should be able to play under external music sources, try a different usb flash drive if that one is not being recognized. Alternatively you can upload the music files unto the car's HD storage.

Check for hidden files and do NOT put them in a folder.

I have no issue playing music or movies from USB in my 2015 NBT.

Thank you very much everyone, I finally found the error, I had to change the thumb drive, and without any problem it works, now I'm going to try to play some videos, they have to have a special format?
