Exactly the same pump used across the models in the link.

We put my car up on the dyno, we made 470whp/520wtq. I might try to push the stock turbo harder and shoot for more, but we ran out of time on the dyno.

Good power and torque and ignition timing looks very good.

It looks like the issue with the HPFP dipping around 3600 RPM has been resolved, nice flat actual following target for rail pressure. Tuner tweak the settings for the fuel pump? It'll be interesting to see how far Dorch Stage 1 will go with the turbo upgrade.

Boost with stock turbo still dropping below 20 PSI after 6200 RPM and I notice that wastegate duty cycle isn't at 100%, even though boost target and Load Required is higher than what is being achieved.

WGDC peaks about 5500 RPM at 99%, tapers down to 92% by 6400 RPM and down to 87% by 6900 RPM. A question for your tuner, why isn't WGDC 100% over 5500 RPM?

Honestly everytime we increased the boost up top it actually went down on the dyno and we got corrections, so he scaled it back a little bit.

Fair enough, seems you've found the limit of the stock turbo

I think it might still have some more in it. I think my E mix might have been a bit on the lower side. So who knows. I may see if we can get some more work done to it and dyno it again.

This is why I'm slightly concerned about only doing street tuning. I'd guess sometimes turning things up won't net any gains, especially with boost pressure. I'm thinking of at least getting a draggy to verify the car is getting faster as I go through revisions.

I've seen them as low as 300€ on ebay. Unfortunately the only one on eBay currently is 650€.

edit: looks like it already sold since yesterday they go quick.

Not a simple job, as you need a special tool and probably a chance you could destroy it in the process.

Make extension lead to extend the existing harness with the parts in the links below.
