The 8.8 nbt screen is 9292248 (ie 2015 f30)
If you think your screen is different to 2018+ f30 it's because starting from 2018 they added touchscreen function to the screen.

ok thanks for clarification. Do you know if 65506816387 would work then? https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/partxref?q=65506816387 it does say it exchanges retrospectively with 65509347878 which would make me think it wouldn't since it would be the same voltage

Well I ordered screen 7878 for my Evo id4 and it's here (was $170 on eBay sonitbwas worth a shot) will let you know how that goes when I plug it in

No worries, I think id4 was still same as nbt since the carplay boxes worked with it so I took the chance and figured if I was wrong I could get a voltage converter or flip it on eBay again.

I thought 170 was too good of a deal for a like new CID...it's cheaper than I paid for the lci 8.8

Now just need a free day to mod it to fit......

if the f23 has the same dash opening as the f30 it will fit with modification. What does it look like?

based on what i could tell it looks like it would fit the same way (with modifying the CID) as the f3xx cars. Someone posted they bought it for a f22 and they could probably confirm for sure but i dont think they bought the right one so they couldn't get it to work. just check the thread a few pages back

It's just a bigger screen, there are no other feature differences. Its great for nav, more usable split screen, airplay videos, etc.

It is a much bigger jump in size then 8.8 vs 10.2 would seem

no touchscreen is only the id6 screens and are really expensive and incompatible with nbt

I got mine on ebay. Paid 170 for a like new

Mods rarely increase the sale value, at least not as much as you paid for it. If you want to recoup your investment when you sell the car your best bet is to put the stock idrive back and sell your retrofit parts here.

And depending on what you do you might give the new owner more headaches. If you coded the larger screen from say the stock 6.5 and they take it to BMW for service and for some reason update idrive they will have a blank screen and probably don't know how to fix it
