18' 340i with M package but no heated steering wheel. Looking for a tutorial on what parts I will need and how to install them.

I searched the forum but apparently, I suck at searching.

Hi there.

There’s nothing to it.
I did mine in 1 hour incl coding I think.
You have to use a bit of force separating the plastic parts around the steering column, but not a hard DIY task
