BMW Digital Service Records

Which tool do you recommend (with use of ENET) to store service records of work which was done on the car (for example if I change air filter I want to be saved as on official BMW service (of course not on BMW servers, but on car and key). Is for that only ISTA+

You can try the "HU Service Manager".

Do you know if ISTA+ offers same options or even more as it's official BMW tool ?

No, with ISTA+ it‘s not possible if you‘re no BMW dealer with the connection to the BMW server.
