Rear Module in trunk (REM)
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has experience disconnecting the PDC module in the trunk. Do you disconnect both the negative and positive battery first? When I reverse my car bumps like crazy even though theres nothing in front of it. Is there any other option like coding the PDC out instead?

I've never tried, never had a reason to. The volume of the PDC signal tone can be adjusted
similar to the sound and volume settings of the radio. Possible causes of false readings are in your manual. |

Supposedly you can put your ear up to each sensor while in Reverse (make sure engine is off) and listen for a faint clicking noise. The bad sensor should not be clicking at all. You could then just try to unplug that one sensor. From what I hear, you can have one bad sensor and your car won't complain. It will only start complaining once you have 2 or more failed sensors.
