MPE 435i
Hi was thinking of getting a m perfomance exhaust for a 2014 435i that I have recently bought was wondering how much of a difference it would make and is it worth the out lay so would appreciate any feedback of anyone that's had one fitted thanks.

Oh boy you've come to the wrong forum here pal. This part of the forum should be renamed to everyone should buy either the MPPSK or m performance exhaust section.
I don't have one on my 340i but I'm saving up for it because it sounds unbelievable so I'd say yes it's worth it. |

reviving old post but does the MPE from a m135i bolt straight onto a 435i?

I have the MPE exhaust and the MPPK fitted to my 435i convertible. It sounds amazing compared to stock - a nice exhaust note in comfort that won’t offend the neighbours, and then a much deeper and louder experience in Sport. When in sport mode you also get loads of crackles and pops on the over run or when changing down gears. My understanding is that the MPPK remap and filter box adds to the crackles.
Absolutely no motorway drone in any of the modes. Mine has done around 1000 miles so I expect the noise to improve over time. It’s not a cheap mod, but in my opinion unlocks the best compromise of sound and refinement from the car. |
