Performance Technic in Fremont is who I use. They're great.

I think they're just OK.

I don't have a problem with the parts install job they did for me, and appreciated their communication.

I'm not happy with the alignment job they did. They didn't follow my instructions and don't seem to be aware of what a good alignment is for better handling (if all you're looking for is getting aligned to factory specs/understeer then they're fine). Later, when it was explained to me, they mentioned that the numbers look worse because they're in degrees and minutes, but later when I was going through and converting the minutes to hundredths of a degree it didn't make any sense at all (one of the numbers was -1.60 and you can't have 1 degree and 60 mintues, that's just 2 degrees!).

I'm in need of software update to fix my dual climate control issue I'm experiencing on my preowned 2015 335i GT, but don't want to pay the dealerships crazy price for the fix. Who do you all recommend that I call. My understanding is that this would need to be done at a BMW specific shop.

The Mazda dealership I bought the car from won't do the fix since it's not covered under their 12moth/12K miles warranty. Thanks for any help fellas.

Anyone tried The One Auto in Daly City?

They have amazing Yelp reviews and even have prices listed on their website, which almost never happens.
