Work needed to Retrofit OEM F80 Rear Bumper on F30

i have a friend who is parting out a wrecked f80, just so happened to be the same exterior color as mine. Its front end impact so the rears are still clean. What type of modifications am i looking at to swap the rear bumper over?

I think from what I remember, the dimensions are actually different. So unless you're okay with crinkle here and there, I wouldn't even mess with it.

New trunk, taillights, difusser, and rear fenders for starters.

All associates hardware behind those parts as well.

And I’m sure there will be other things.

trunk, taillights are the same..

fenders and diffusers are different forsure. but wanted to see how different itll look on stock f30 quarters if its even possible.

trunk, taillights are the same..

Given that F80 fender wells are wider and the rear bumper cover meets the fenders, the bumper will be too wide for the F30.

Yes was thinking headlights not taillights.
