Easy install (30 minutes). Will fit most 2013+ newer models, but please double check before purchasing.

No, you'd need to change the back plate, and setup wiring through the car(possibly coding) to an electrical unit near the battery unless the wiring was already setup. The back plate is a must though.

As others noted, curious if these are OEM or Chinese aftermarket.

As both wires appear to be same color, I’m thinking aftermarket.

Not thread says M-Style. You know what “style” means.

Different feel. Not as tight.

I went through 3 sets on fleabay and finally gave up.

Some admit they are not OEM. There are counterfeit ones with a very fuzzy BMW logo on the sticker.
