3-piece M3 style mirror and sequential light

Here to share some photos and video of the 3-piece M3 style mirror and sequential light, it should take around 20mins per side if you know how to do it, basically is a plug and play kit, no coding is required.

You say style, are these actual m3/4 mirrors or modified f30/32 mirrors?

It is M3/M4 style mirror, modified version of f30 original mirror

So where or how did you do this? I'm going to assume these are the jdmtoys or URO Tuning lights

I saw elsewhere that they do... I'm considering these but would like to keep the stock mirrors.

I just installed these on my F30. Perfect fitment, they look better than the replacement covers. I didn't change the light to the sequential. I saw someone on instagram that had them and they complained about them not working correctly.

It works fine on mine, I got the light for like 50 bucks might as well install it while the mirror is off. I also bought the LED mirror, didn't get to install it since it looks like I will miss the dimming mirror function as it doesn't comes with the connector, only comes with the indicator LED light cable like the below image

So these replace three pieces of the mirror;
The lower base of the mirror
The body coloured cap
The mirror glass housing

Is this correct?

How's the quality of the plastics and the paint finish?

Yes, those are the 3 pieces.

AutoID sells paint matched ones. I've had them installed with the sequential lights for a couple months w/o issues.

Confirming the OEM F30/F32 mirrors fit this housing.

Any chance you could share a video of these in natural daylight (without changing the brightness too)?

A few UK vendors that sell them don't appear that impressive, they're super dark, hardly visible during the day and a dark orange rather than the normal yellow/orange.
