Unfortunately its not. The HU_EntryNav has been replaced with HU_NBT2 and the screen with an 8.8in touch screen, so I think I will probably have to redo from scratch then. Damn LOL

You need to code these based on your screen:

CID_APIX_MODE

Hello Shawnsheridan, to you have the steps of how I do it? I have retrofit to NBT evo (drive and screen) but now I have black screen in the car

No, I don't have Coding List. Coding is ECU specific, not Chasis specific, and Cheat Codes are builtin to E-Sys Launcher or E-SysX.

I've done some coding work on GM LS1 ECMs, but I'm new to BMW ECUs.

I'm looking at this cable (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BH3PTGK), which comes with the software and data files, along with links to both. Does anyone know if this is a good cable? Is there a better cable I should be looking for?

Has anyone tested this on a 4-series (2017 F33)? I'm guessing it will work, as the 4-series is quite close to the 3-series, and probably uses many (all?) of the same ECUs.

Please PM links for current software & data files. If I change cables, most don't come with the software.

I've got an old/retired laptop with an ethernet port (Intel NIC) that I'll be using, unless a USB network adapter can be used. My understanding is that Win-7 is a better choice than Win-10. What's the current philosophy WRT 32-bit vs. 64-bit OS? I'm thinking that the software is compiled into 32-bit, but that should work just fine on a 64-bit OS. Of course, the hardware can run either.

I need to get some familiarity with the interface, then code for my new brakes (https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...4&postcount=12).

Cable should be fine.

USB x LAN Adapter works fine with Cable.

Win7/10, 32/64-Bit makes no difference.

I am trying to code a 6WA cluster on my F31, and I have tried with different versions of E-Sys and I always have the same problem, the KIS/SVT section is disabled and I-step is not available.

I have full psdzdata but apparently not compatible with E-sys.

Where can I find E-sys 3.22.5 and compatible full psdzdata?
