hi Shawn,

I am new. I just bought a bmw (2017-2018) F30 318i around 7 months back.

I want to change the instrument cluster from 6wa to digital instrument cluster 6wb.

it seem to me sport+ is turned off too and want to turn it on.

can you pm me the new Esys software and full latest PSdZData.

Yes, you have a PSdZData issue. Extracted psdzdata folder gets copied to c:\data so you end with c:\data\psdzdata. Make sure you do not have c:\data\psdzdata\psdzdata, which is a common mistake.

The pic of esys open does not show my car b/c i am not plugged in. I dont have wifi in my detached garage. when hooked up the VIN and 169.254.xxx IP address show on the screen.

Again, you have no E-Sys Connection Targets, meaning you PSdZData is not installed correctly.

Look at picture 3. You have all your .rar files in c:\Data. You need to Open ONLY Part1.rar with 7-Zip and extract the psdzdata folder so you have c:\Data\psdzdata.
