340i b58 resonator delete

I removed my resonators today on my 340i and the car sounds great and pops pretty loud. I’m a little bit concerned about the pops since this is my only exhaust modification (stock dp). Im not planning on going catless for now because I’m under warranty and I don’t wanna tune to remove the check engine/not interested in high flow dp.

Questions
1:Can the loud gunshot pops that come from doing a dual resonator delete on my car ultimately damage my downpipe or cause any other issues?

2:By getting both resonators deleted am I essentially just doing the same thing as if I got a sports midpipe?

3:Since I got the resonators deleted I’ve noticed the car performs great no hp problems according to the electronic gauge in the car but, (I guess due to less restriction in the exhaust) when I press on the throttle it feels a little bit looser and not extremely responsive. Kind of like air is travelling easier and it takes more pressure and weight on the on the gas pedal to get it moving. (Very likely to be a placebo. Not a huge concern)

I assumed this mod wouldn’t because I believe I read somewhere that the m340i and x3m40i don’t come with resonators and I’ve heard stock x3m40is popping. Just want to check in on the forums here to make sure.

First time posting on here so please let me know if I’m in the wrong section or if I’ve made any mistakes. Thank you in advance

1) no - unless you adjust the tune burble settings, the stock burbles will have same effect on cat as if you had post cat resonators. The cat nor DME can tell what's going on after the secondary o2 sensor

2) pretty much

3) no clue..likely placebo

3. Could be an exhaust leak. Have the exhaust shop check it out.
