Early 2017 330i Carplay Question
My car didn’t have the $300 option for it chosen. It was sold in November of 2016 new. Are there still ways to add it? Thx!

Then it’s no big Problem to code CarPlay.
Unfortunately I don’t know the exactly way to do it. Maybe you first have to code from ID5 (6 small tiles) to ID6 (3 big tiles) and then insert the activation code. Maybe there’s also a software update needed. |

Sounds like you have NBT EVO so the hardware should be sufficient enough to have this enabled through coding.
PM me the last 7 digits of the VIN and I can confirm.

You can find out if your car supports CarPlay by visiting BMW Connected Drive and learning if CarPlay can be purchased for $300.
