i have another question maybe you know what could be wrong my car f30 328i 2012 was manual and i swapped to automatic and after it was done this fault came up 191co2 and 195002 and the car consumption started to show 25l/km the dme and egs were programed to newer ilevel my car doesn even have this sensor from this fault

Maybe you know how to check with what FA my dme is coded?

Impossible. If Coding is questionable, just recode it with proper FA.

One of the faults shows this in the test plan so i guess its a programing issue?

It states to Program it, so that is what I would do.

You can use either E-Sys or ISTA+ (aka Rheingold w/ SDP). ISTA/P is only for Programming E-Series cars. Use latest versions. I have no idea if the fault is tied to DME or other ECU.
