Experience with autotecknic?

Hey guys,

Looking for some reviews regarding Autotecknic. I was interested in buying their M Style Carbon fiber mirror caps for my F30. If anyone has them, I'd love to know about fitment, quality, shipping, and overall experience with the brand.

Their stuff is hit or miss. CF is ok, but the abs base they use for so many of their parts sux

Don't ever buy their f series fender vents, studs on their repo abs bases are so fragile they bust right off during install - that's if they're not already busted off in the box

I've had the opposite experience with them. I purchased a full msport body kit and picked it up from their location in Rosemead in person. (I did fit the entire kit - front and rear bumpers and side skirts into my f30 328i

)

They were super cool dudes and said that if there was anything I was looking for to let them know and they could get it. The quality of the kit was great and fitment was perfect. I only installed the skirts and rear bumper and it was 100%. My paint guys had no problems painting them either.

I'm thinking the same thing. Especially since the M style mirror covers aren't much cheaper than Genuine BMW regular CF ones. Do you have any recommendations on where to buy M style ones?
