does anyone know how to remove the bottom seat cushion. i have a replacement cushion i just don’t know where to even start anyone got any tips to another forum or tutorial?

You have to remove the seat from the car. Disconnect the battery negative terminal first. There's a lot of stuff under the seat that must be transferred from the old seat to the new.

See if there's any trimmers nearby who are willing to do it first, it's not the hardest job in the world to switch over but I think you will be slightly disappointed with how baggy the leather cover will be.

It'll need smoothing with a heat gun and planer to retract and stretch the leather correctly. I have seen a few photos of people getting their bases replaced under warranty, only to return to collect their car at the dealer and it looks like a loose carrier bag lol
