ConnectedDrive Store Issue

Hi all

im facing an issue with the Connected Drive Store on my f32 2018

I have the BMW App working fine i can send location,lock,unlock etc but when i go to the Connected Drive Store on the idrive menu it says that my vehicle is not available for my vehicle, although few days ago it was opening fine and i could navigate just fine.

I see on my bmw account that all the services are booked until 2021

any idea whats going on?

This happened to me too, I think they're just forcing people to purchase or browse from the website. The phone app is still 100% functional and all the applets still work in the iDrive Connected menu still work.

But my wife 440i connected drive store doesn't work. (Same country lol)
Then perhaps dependent on iDrive HW Level or TCU.

Obviously the 2018 M3 has the latest equipment.
