Carbon fiber front lip damage

Hey all,

Looking for tips on how to repair or atleast make the scratch in my front lip less noticable.

I know its very small and barely noticable as it is, but i know its there and it bugging the hell out of me

Its not very deep. Maybe i could add a layer of clear coat and polish it?

What do you guys think?

If you want to mask the damage, try sanding it down with 1000 then 2000 grit then compound the area. It should minimize the damage and will be less visible.

Id be like you. This would annoy me.

To repair this professionally as I did lots of times on my carbon fibre lips and parts is as follow:

1.(FIX)Wet Sand it down with 1000, follow by 1500 and then maybe 2000 if you wish a ultimatly smooth finish.
The degrease it with alchohol or panel wipe and the lightly coat it with a clear varnish. let it dry and then machine polish and wax.

2. (FIX)
Cheap and quick.

degrease and fill with laquer touch up or clear nail varnish. Use a few coats to fill the gap

Thats it
