Hello guys, two weeks ago i hit a bump and an error appeared on my dash saying High beam head-light right failure and from then when my highs’ work for a little suddenly stop to work(one of the sections on the right lamp) and i have to completely turn them off and then back on. It used to happen occasionally . I sent the car to a “tech” that told me my led has disconnected from the board and only one of the two highs (i mean one of the two sections ,the other section i think was working) beams has been working and his work was to just solder the led to the board but unfortunately he heated the led that hot that neither of them worked since then. Btw i am not sure that the led was the problem because the tech was very “qualified” as i said. I was forced by circumstances and i bought second hand headlight( it doesn’t seem to been hit all clips are fine) and when I swapped all the old modules on it at first didn’t show anything on the dash but after a while the same codes appeared and same as before one section didn’t want to work
Now i am very confused i don't know if it's from the headlight or if it's from the modules or something on the harness is short cutting occasionally

Looks like you have two different errors.

Try swapping the module from the left light into the right and see if the error goes away. If does - replace with new module. If it does not - than need to check wiring.

Keep us posted.

DavidKrumov Did you manage to solve the Issue ?
I have exactly the same problem, but I didn't touch my old Headlight, simply Issue started to pop up one day. I replaced the Headlight with different used one and I had exactly the same issue, one section of highbeam is not working in my right headlight. I had replaced FLE2 module with completely new one and I have coded it after that I have still exactly the same Issue after Headlight Adaptation in ISTA, but new issue suddenly appear like below

Anyone has any idea what could be wrong ? Did I buy headlight with exactly the same Issue ?

The adaptive led headlights have a leveling sensor on the suspension arms I think. It's possible something happened to that sensor not the headlight assembly itself.
*Edit: added RealOEM picture of leveling sensor.
