Hi team, first timer here. I have a 2016 330i that's finally out of dealer service agreement and I'm excited to start changing things up. First things first though, what's the latest native map I can get for the ID4 evo?

I think I'd like to flash it to an ID6 eventually to get Carplay and understand that means relying on Google Maps, but for now, a map update would be the ideal baby step. Getting exciting reading up about FSC code generation and ordering ODB plugs and that sorta stuff!

you need Europe East or West ROUTE 2023-1 map which is FREE on my topic here and the activation code which you can get for a price from people selling it on the forum like shawn or others

you will have to provide the VIN in order to get the activation code since the code is tied to the VIN

the activation method depends on the type of nav unit. ID4 vs ID5/6. if you provide the VIN we can tell you which is the nav system version you have. based on that you can buy an activation code or activation patch from shawnsheridan or other people selling on this forum or other forums/internet
