'14 335 500-600AWHP Daily Project

Have had her for just over half a year so far and have done a couple mods to hold me off for awhile.
Stage 1:
MHD stage 1 flash
CTS catless downpipe
CTS chargepipe
Valvetronic F series catback exhaust
Resonator delete
H&R Springs

Nice build so far!

Why didn't you go stage 2? You have the CP and catless DP or add an FMIC to that and go stage 2+

Intercooler is recommended for stage 2; probably going to do it this spring

Yeah it's recommended but only necessary for stage 2+

I want to wait till I have both intercooler and charge pipes to install them to maybe save on labor and that way we only have to get under there once.

Did you do it yourself or took it to a shop?

Yeah I've just read some people have had timing and IAT issues on stage 2 without an intercooler but was fine after stage 2+ with an intercooler.

I work at a dealership actually, I'm not a tech but I know to wrench myself so I do oil changes and basic stuff myself but I have a tech that helps me out with bigger stuff; like a stage 3 turbo

Kies makes everything look so easy lol. I actually did my chargepipe in a pinch on ramps because my stock one blew but I had the new one already luckily. It was tedious as you have to perfectly align the chargepipe when installing it. If you're not comfortable I'd definitely take it to someone, can't go wrong with a professional doing it.

I want to do it myself to save money tbh cuz I'm already gonna spend a little over $600 for the cp and ic

How much would I get charged for the installation anyways ?

It was kind of a PITA but I did it with the help of 2 other people in about 2 hours

How's the ride w/ sport springs compared to stock? Is it bouncy, or still comfortable? I am daily driving my car and commute about 200 miles round trip.

xDrive makes it definitely a bit bouncy, but yeah still comfortable. If you have smooth roads you'll be fine but bumps can get annoying. But they're lowering springs, not a whole lot to expect. I'm going to go to coils eventually
