has anyone coded the tailight for 2016 f36?

i found something on line for f30, but the parameters when i went to code it for my car was slightly different.

Ad 8TL in Salapa and code Rem for working with front drl

ID4 vs ID5/6 uses different FSC Codes, so you will need new ones for Navigation, Voice Control, etc..

What is "the soft"? Are you talking about flashing your ID4 firmware to ID5/6 rather than retrofit an actual ID5/6 Head Unit?

It is possible, but not advisable. ID4 Hardware has 2 Gb of Ram. ID5/6 has 4 Gb. If you flash ID4 Hardware with ID5/6 Firmware, it will run slow, and suffer frequent reboots as it does not have enough memory. And besides new FSC COdes, unless car has a functional ATM module, you will loose all Telematics (e.g. RTTI). Lastly, to keep APIX1 CID (Screen) working on ID5/6 you need to flash it 18-03-xxx max else you get black screen issue.

Hi All!

First post on forum, although I had a great help on coding my US spec F30 LCI (2016) for ECE using BimmerCode with previous posts and Cheat Sheat!

I'm having a trouble with the front turn signals, after I had to replace the turn signal module from US to ECE. The issue is that when I enable turn signal or emergency light, they are able to blink twice and then switch off/blink faster (light switch position on "0", with other positions front turn signals might not blink at all). When locking or unlocking the car the both front turn signals are blinking properly. I was trying with disabling "FRA_V_R_KALTUEBERWACHUNG" and "FRA_V_R_WARMUEBERWACHUNG" but without any luck.

The errors I'm getting:
- Daytime Running Lamp / Parking Lamp Malfunction
- Left turn signal malfunction
- Right turn signal malfunction

I have FULL LED headlights (not adaptive). I'm assuming the errors and the issue is a result of difference between US and ECE turn signal module (additional LED). Note, "MAPPING_SIDEMARKER_L_OUTPUT" and "MAPPING_SIDEMARKER_R_OUTPUT" are coded to "off".

Can anyone help me on the issue? Thanks!

1/quand ma femme est au tel dans la 420, l'écran gps ne s'affiche plus tant qu'elle est en conversation...est-il possible de modifier cela?
du style: avoir l'écran en affichage principal, avec un pop-up qui affiche le nom de l'appel et le temps de communication par ex...ou alors que l'écran gps revienne en sa position en mode auto au bout de quelques secondes...

2/puis-je afficher un 'raccourci' de mon gps sur mon écran compteur? je m'explique: sur mon X3, j'avais un résumé du gps sur l'écran du tableau de bord(ex: quand j'arrivais sur un rond-point, il m'affichait quelle sortie prendre,c 'etait beaucoup plus facile à lire plutot que de tourner la tete pour lire sur l"écran principal!)

j'ecris en francais pour les francophones et google traduction pour les anglophones ...
si éventuellement dans les pages de codes, il pouvait y avoir la version anglaise et francaise des commentaires ca serait sympa...

d'après toutes mes lectures , la programmation est la même que celle des f30...
