high idle rev

After an oil change and coolant top up at the dealer, my 2015 328 idles at 2000-3000 rpm when at park or neutral, and when that happens I am unable to change the gear in to drive, it keeps telling me to press the unlock button on the shifter which I obviously was pressing, anyone have any ideas?

Go back to the dealer. This rates a “duh”.
