All of the above, plus:

1. Anyone who parks a 4x4 next to my beautiful little roadster in the supermarket car park. Does my car look like it's got a periscope?

2. All the wankers that swear at me as I gingerly pull out from behind the aforementioned 4x4. DOES MY CAR LOOK LIKE IT'S GOT A FUCKING PERISCOPE???

Plus I find with a rag top the wankers that genuinely take a dislike to you because you drive one!

Anyone who parks a little car by my 4x4. Does my car look like it needs to be crowded?

Good luck with that, unless you drive a F150.

ha...2 observations
state of the alloys inversely proportional to the attractiveness of the person driving the car
Been a passenger in GNER trains as they move from down south to up north the BMI of people stood on the platform goes up and attractiveness goes down

Large LRs on my school run, you've probably got an 80% hit rate of yummy mummies. The bad news is, if you look into the wrong one, yours truly is grimacing behind the wheel.

A habit that never seems to go away. It was alive and well when I passed my test in the late 1970s.

Somebody mentioned the constant on/off the throttle habit. I call it "The Cancun livery driver tap-dance" after close to a week of it there. The one guy in a lightly loaded diesel people carrier got me close to puking. Maybe they do it to avoid getting cramp in their right ankle.

On the subject of constant speed, non-use of cruise control on a quiet stretch of highway on a long trip drives me nuts. When I become dictator the offenders' heads on pikes will line the freeways and motorways of the world like the old Appian Way after a Roman victory.

People who won't use high beams. Yes, really. I've seen a few people like it in the UK, but they are loose in plague numbers over here. They crawl along barely making 50 on a 60-70 marked piece of road in the middle of nowhere with no oncoming traffic for 10-20 minutes at a time. The only time they can find the high beam switch is when you over take to get on with business. Go. Figure.

I Overtake someone with cruise on, constant speed set, next thing they are coming back past you a good 10mph faster than you, only to pull in in front 200m down the road and slow back down again to below your speed! I've had this happen multiple times with the same person on a long motorway journey and really struggle not to either get increasingly angry or floor it to put some space between us.
Oh, we have a similar one over here that drives me nuts. I'm driving on an almost empty Interstate miles out in the desert in the slow lane, cruise set at limit +5. a single car comes up from behind with an obvious 10-15 mph speed advantage, but as it gets closer it slows, sometimes to sit in echelon in the other lane. Others slide up then match speed at a typical US following distance, or tailgating as it's known to those of us who learned to drive in the UK. I call this habit "cuddling", like they are afraid to drive on an empty road with no other cars nearby.

Me? I want to be in the big empty space. Sometimes I carry out the "cutting the knot" maneuver, either slowing by 20 mph fairly abruptly, or taking off with an extra 10-15. (Not advised at night in case it's a cop). Usually, the hint is taken. Stay the fuck away from me.

Not surprisingly, a small convoy of cars coming +10-15 will always just blow by with no hesitation.

"Cuddling" i like that! I always seem to get the exact same thing just as I'm approaching a slower vehicle in my lane, with the cuddler blocking me from moving into the next lane. If I have enough space that's where I find kickdown very useful

I had that travelling through the Nevada desert between LA and Vegas. That route I'm guessing is well-travelled in holiday time but virtually deserted (no pun intended) when I was making the journey in March. A car came from almost nowhere behind, approaching reasonably quickly, and the just sat there. As a foreigner I didn't know what the fuck was going on and thought I was going to be shot, robbed and buried in the desert. Weird.
