I GOT MY CAR BACK Have to re-plastidip my wheels since they got all messed up on the side where the accident was but I'm just so happy I don't have to drive a ford fiesta anymore.

Wow, that was pretty quick. Did they replace or repair your panels? Similar thing happened to my E46 and they replaced the door panel and the front fender panel. The color inside the panel was a dark gray, so not sure if it was a used one or an original with only the primer coat. They did keep my car for almost 2 months though. BTW, how's your application to dental school coming along?

Application is coming along. Since I'm reapplying it isn't too hard since almost everything was saved from my last application, I just need to update new classes I've taken basically. I'm kind of stuck not knowing if I should just submit the app now or not though. I wanted to retake the DAT, because the first time I took it I hadn't had any biology classes (except genetics) and as a result got a fairly low bio score of 18. HOWEVER, I can't find the time to study like I did the first time because I have work now, and I'm nervous about redoing the DAT and doing somehow worse... |

Yeah the rest of my scores are all above 20s so that makes me think if I were to retake it and put the time in to study that I could get my bio score there. Anyway thanks for the luck=)

If they use pattern parts or even some times if they dont you might have a case to depreciated value of the vehicle. I would check it out.

I don't really have a case because the other driver doesn't have insurance so unless I want to sue him for diminished value, there isn't a whole lot I can do except hope my insurance can at least get my deductible out of him.

I'm not sure. The car is registered to someone else so I would assume somewhere this person has some sort of assets to pay for a new 2015 SUV to then give to the driver (a 19 year old). It's a bit gray figuring out who has what though since I don't know if there is any familial relationship between the kid who hit me and the person who technically is registered to the car...
