Crank Hub Seal Cover

Sorry if this has been covered before, but my search results didnt show anything. Does anyone run one of the covers around the crank that is supposed to prevent the serpentine belt from being sucked into the crank seal? If so, are there any recommended manufacturers? Seems like cheap insurance for a slipped or shredded belt to keep it from trying to be ingested by the engine.

Kies Motorsports has a very nice machined from billet version instead of others that are simply sht metal on sale now for $200

Thank you! I guess I'll grab a cover, belt, tensioner, and idle pulley from Kies to install when it gets a little warmer.

Recommend you consider purchasing all, except the cover, from FCP. Great prices and lifetime warranty. Especially since those components are wear items if you are going to keep the car for a while.
