2 valves look wet

Hey guys.
I'm in the proces of changing my coolant temp sensor which required me to remove the intake manifold.
I noticed that valve 2 and 3 are looking wet. All other valves are dark grey and dry. 2 and 3 look more black and wet. Here's a video where you can more or less see what's going on...

Please let me know what can be the cause?

Thanks.

I can't say for certain but seems to be that way, you might want to do a walnut blast, or you could also use valve cleaner and scrub the valves as you already have the intake manifold off, but there are plenty videos that show you how to do this. I can't 100% see the buildup on the valves but doesn't look too bad to me so wouldn't say this is at all urgent, depends on the mileage and when it's last been done if ever, but overall, I think you should be good for now.
