Ran some logs today. 2 months ago before the blanket I ran logs with same ambient temp as today of about 88°. On that day IAT was from 117-121°. Today on third pull IAT was between 111-118°. I will run again another day to see if consistent but so far seems the decrease is real.

Hi guys, just as awilki said, PTP will make a first batch of 20 blankets to start with based on updated design input from him. We know that big deciding factor is whether we are able to install it w/o removing the turbo. Awilki is confident that we can do it, but we cannot give you 100% confirmation as we didnt yet have this updated design in hand.

I know we have collected list of interested people, but since this is still a first batch, please let us know here if you want to be put on the list for the first batch

(of course wait for Awilki to confirm the install requirements if needed)

Awilki, can you confirm if you think this blanket (with the changes you discussed with PTP) can be installed without taking the turbo off? This may be a deciding factor for some people here

I’ve seen turbo blankets cause cracked housings at times but not sure if they truly were the cause of it. Any opinions?
