I'm fairly new to the car scene in Stl. Specifically for BMW's there is a Facebook group that has a meet and drive about twice a year. We also have Cars & Coffee here so I'd join that group as well. As far as racing goes Midnight Madness at Gateway is a good way to meet enthusiast and drag race your car. PM me and I'll send you an invite to the BMW group.

Speaking of the St. Louis area BMW scene I do have to say that I was blown away by the service I got yesterday at Bimmers R US. I'd been struggling with a repair at another indy shop on my soon to be sold 328 just as soon as I can pick up my new 440 in a few days and went there as kind of a last resort. Wish I had started going there years ago vs. what I had been doing. |

Sweet man! I usually run around Maplewood/South County area. I have a 2012 328i sportline in Melbourne red.
I do believe Cars and Coffee is newer to St.Louis. Here is the website of your not a big social media guy. http://carsandcoffeestl.org That's good to hear about Bimmers R Us. I am currently having a tail light issue so I may have to pay those guys a visit. I have also heard good things about Autohaus. I think your going to have a lot of fun in that 440! |

Bringing this back from the dead. New owner... eyed a 335 for the longest time then got an Acura. Sold the Acura and got me an M-Sport 428i Gran Coupe. No n55... but the n20 moves for a grandma driver like myself.

New to St. Louis
Moved here from California a few months ago. Drive a 440i 2017 with Track Package and M Performance Power & Sound Kit. White with tan interior. Looking forward to exploring the Ozark twisty roads once I get rid of the run flat tires. No feedback.

St. Louis Coding
I have a 2014 435i coupe without navigation and wanted to know if anyone could recommend someone in the STL/KC area that can code the fog lights to automatically come on with the headlights. I took it to Bavarian on Olive and was told it was not possible. I was also told it wasn’t possible with my previous 335i until I found someone that knew how to do it. Thanks in advance!

I finally said goodbye to my 2008 335xi on New Years and have a new 440 x-drive convertible I custom ordered. I'll mess with it come Spring. Might get MPPSK later.
I'm not sure John at Bavarian does coding, tbh. They are very good at repairs and seem to be extremely honest but that's not something they do when I've inquired. I have the app and vgate FOB but haven't had the guts to mess with anything yet. (The wifi version was flaky since my car has CarPlay over wifi and that fights with the fob.) It's the little things I want to fix like the amount the passenger mirror tilts. Mine has me looking straight down at the curb which isn't what I need. |
