I love government.

It's not illegal to drive in a blizzard, but the snow blowing off a car roof is somehow "dangerous" to other drivers.

I guess you can't give a ticket to the clouds, but still, funny how the thought process works. I've driven behind many people with uncleaned roofs. I manage to stay back a proper distance and use my wipers and have avoided any calamities.

Personally I have always cleaned mine off since it takes all of 30 seconds and even without a wiper damaging event coming to a stop and having the windshield covered with snow is annoying at the least. But still......I would think there would be better uses of emergency services than handing out tickets for snow covered roofs.
