Defintely agree with this. Much more modern looking.. And also, sport mode makes me drive angry with the red dials and big numbers

The offer is for 0%, but the examples are with significant dealer/finance contributions. Is there a fixed percentage for that vs sticker price?

My dealer saying it may be difficult to find a 440 to swap into but he can look at switching my 420 to 0%.

M sport +
Folding mirrors
Reverse camera
Digital cockpit
Adaptive m suspension

vs

M sport +
Advance park (will never use)
Folding mirrors
Heated wheel,
Speed limit display (don't need)

Both cars are black, and I am leaning towards the first one, even if the options cost a bit more, but need to get him to match the contribution from the other dealer ideally.

on the 440i it's 5250 from BMW and anything from 2000-6400 from the dealer on top so far.

The 1st one is basically my car... Colour aside... All options used, most days!
The camera is surprisingly useful..

I agree about the guardx but on my car I told the dealer to take it off, which they did, but when I picked up the car it had gone back on the paperwork and had been applied to the car at no change to the agreed price.

Dodgy goings on for sure - I guess there are large commissions involved.

Certainly the first one. The digi cockpit is a great improvement and the adaptive is fantastic.

Cheers

All of them, it's a nationwide campaign on any car sold and taken delivery of before Dec 31st.

If it was a 420d i'd wait until year end as there are loads about, but the 440i is pretty rare in the system so it's grab now or miss out.

He's yanking your chain because he can't be bothered with the work. Tell him to find you a car or refund your deposit. Tell him you want to know by the end of the day.

Meanwhile I'd start sounding out alternative dealers with 440i stock. Be clear with what options you'll take as a minimum, and that you expect a hefty discount and contribution (looks like Ł11.5k is available as a minimum)

Well he just called me back and said the same car (my ordered car) just switching to the 0% and adjusted contributions, would be Ł81 per month less than what was previously quoted.

I'm happy with a 420 and more than happy if the monthly is less than my old F30

What's everyone's thoughts on anthracite wood? It's specced on a car but with white leather inside / black metallic outside...

Bit random but

It wouldnt be my choice, probably suits the white interior fairly well, depends what you like. More classy than sporty.

I ran a config and it's not too bad, luckily it isn't everywhere so not an issue.

I really like anthracite and would have specified it for my car, but the brown hues clashed with my coral red leather. With white leather, it would look lovely.

I sat in a F10 530d with the Fineline Anthracite interior and white leather. Thought it looked very very classy and I was really interested in the car until I found out it had already been sold!

My Glacier silver F31 has anthracite wood with saddle brown leather and it looks really good - not too woody looking - quite subtle.

I was worried what it would look like but it good and nothing to be worried about
