Here's a photo of my car with my 18" 400m rims (bottom) and another just after I mounted the 19" 403m rims (top). I love them both and will be using the 18's for winter but proportionally the 19's look much more proportional.

Not that I can imagine. Are you just talking the new car bumper to bumper or CPO warranty? Going bigger does not effect the brakes as the same car is available with 18".
People swap wheels and tires all the time. Someone on another thread was asking about the optional dealer tire and wheel warranty. I have no idea about that as I never option extra coverage, but I doubt thats what you are referring to anyway.

Well, you would bring the TPMS over to the new set right? Or they would have them already.

I took my 2014 320 in with the 18" 397s on and wrong sensors because I hadn't had chance to swap them and they still replaced the brakes under warranty/maintenance

This is a very painful thread to read and it somehow keeps getting bumped.
OP - you can put aftermarket or oem rims on your car and it won't void the vehicle warranty. There's no warranty associated with the wheels on your car UNLESS you get a wheel protection plan in which case the dealer will look after your tires and original wheels should they get damaged. IF your car has TPMS sensors, they MUST be relocated to the new wheels otherwise you won't get your tire pressure readings.
