I didn't say gasoline. NO2 and CO2 are gasses, which is what I was referring to.

You can easily change the CO2 and NO2, etc. with changing a tune - air to fuel had a direct effect on emissions. Why do you think they run so lean? MPG and also Emissions. The hotter the burn the lower the emissions. More fuel means more will pas into the CAT and beyond the CAT.

Of course that begs the question now - what does this do to the CAT - and other components with the extra fuel...

Not trying to make it a big thing - just making sure I know what I am getting into thats all -

Here's another question for you guys. Is anyone else noticing higher than normal cold start revs? Makes me think maybe the systems dumping more fuel on startup. Quite a different shudder feel to it too. Just wondering I suppose...

I haven't - here are some pics of what I experienced this am - hope this helps:
  • start up
  • 30 or so after start up
  • in gear about 5 mins later with foot on brake

Appreciate the response Chenry! More specifically, I was poking at the actual start up-rev, not the actual idle. You know how the cool kids give throttle right on start up (literally while turning/pushing the key)...? Mine revs up to around 1900 revs before settling down. Not a big deal, but curious nonetheless. Does that make sense? I'll take a video tomorrow. Ha

Just a quick update on the stage 3 turbo custom tune by Alex!

Overall I love the tune and car drives much much better with it.

Will get some dragy runs tomorrow and will share with you guys! Expecting mid or low 11s and something near the 6s 100-200

I added some Ethanol to the car ending up with a E35 mix, took a couple runs for the car to adapt however this time running without the TBI resulted in lower power. The results here are with a 21.5 psi tune. 556 whp is with the stock catback. 583 is with straight pipe from the downpipe:

I mean without the supplemental injection, gains were around 80-100 whp on E35

Has anyone tried putting on a Pure stage 1 or 2 turbo with the stage 2 tune without adding meth or E85 to see if any extra power is there before reaching the hardware fuel cap? I'm very curious to get some details on this and what happens if u run stage 1 turbo with stage 2 mission tune without any different fueling besides 93 octane which I run. Thanks.

JB4 is being used to control boost. 11.5 was with 23 psi on a prepped track, this was on the street at only 20 psi peak drops to 19 top end
