Mineral Grey F36 Gran Coupe build thread

Hey guys, it was really painful to see my beloved F30 335i go, but it was great that I got to take her to Bimmerfest one last time. Here she is right before she went back.

Although it was sad to see her go, I had been eying a 435i Gran Coupe for some time so I was finally able to pick one up!

Some of the big ticket items swapped over seamlessly from the F30 like the M Performance exhaust, Carbon fiber interior trim, carbon fiber mirror caps, yellow brake kit, and the 20" BBS LM's so I got a big head start on the mods. I added the M Performance black grills, carbon fiber rear lip spoiler, rear diffuser, and the Lightweight front lip.

I'm waiting for my new front bumper to get painted (dealer pre-drilled license plate holes

) to put on the color matches reflectors. I'm also waiting for my KW Street Comfort coilovers to ship from Germany. I had the V2's on the F30 and loved them, but thought I'd give the Street Comforts a try since I've acquired my greatest mod ever late last year.

Much better than the ///M fender badges, haha. Matches the brakes too!

Great looking F36. the yellow brakes and LMs are right at home on the mineral gray.

My favorite F36 in this forum! Love the progress. Can't wait to see the Kws installed!

Soon you'll have a Alpine white version of your car without the bbs lm and kw lol (pretty much the expensive mods)

Thank you very much! Once the car is lowered, I'm going to have the car coated again with Opticoat, which helped the F30 looking brand new. I keep going back and forth with the Akrapovic exhaust as I just can't get enough of that glorious sound. I'm also debating on whether to get the MPPK again or the Dinan S1/S2. I'll probably just opt for the MPPK again for the reliability tho.

Great job! I was wondering if you can share some more detailed information about your modifications?
1. Rim and Tire specs...offset and tire size
2. What type of suspension are you currently running based on the pics above? Stock M Sport Suspension or M Adaptive?
3. Info on front lip...specifically install process and more importantly clearance from ground to lip. Manufacturer of lip and where you got them from.

What bumper is that. It seems the 4 series have better front bumpers then the f30 sedans. More curves around fog light area like the m3/m4.
