A friend of mine works at a BMW dealership locally. He says they have all sorts of contacts for ventless removal and paint touch up. They do it pretty much to all their used cars. Call you local BMW dealer and ask to speak to the Used Car manager and ask him/her if they could recommend someone in your area. Its worth a try.

My method consists of dealer touch up paint, a microbrush or toothpic, and Langka Blob Remover.
Simply use the microbrush or toothpic to make a raised "blob" of paint on the chip, then use Langka's Blob Remover to make it flush. Followed then by clear coat if you like.

Hey guys, I got it fixed. Went to the BMW parts department at my local dealer and picked up a set of touchup paint. A toothpick and few mins later, the chip is sealed.

Yes, I use Langka blob eliminator. I follow with Rupes or Menzerna polishing compounds. If using a rotary, do your last polishing step with with a dual action polisher. Also, put the carnauba wax on AFTER the sealant(in the video the polymer sealant was Zymol). Menzerna Power Lock is a good sealant, too.
