I have CTS everything besides the intercooler. Right now I have a 6in vrsf intercooler on my car now and it has a weird fitment angle with the cts chargepipe. So I'm sure a cts intercooler will fit better

It would fit better but perform worse. Which VRSF version do you have, Competition or Race? It's just cheaper to get a different charge pipe, but if you want to sell the VRSF, I'll take it (Race Model)
