Do you have the capability to make the 9.5j a profile 3 rim - that would be a game changer for the F3x chassis!

Appreciate it guys We have not finalized engineering for that fitment just yet, so I have no details on the final concavity. Once I have more information, i'll be sure to let you all know.

We finished up a few more renders on this gorgeous Phoenix Yellow E46 M3. We think these wheels look good on every chassis

Thank you for the question. Our engineer's are hard at work finalizing the details for these new wheels. We will update these threads once we have more concrete information.

Thank you for the question. Our engineers are still working on optimizing the design of the SM-10's in order to maximize weight reduction and strength. We want to make sure we get these right before they are released. We do not have any concrete dates set in stone just yet, but we hope to launch a Group Buy later this year.

We appreciate everyone's patience, and we will update all threads once we have more concrete updates

It has been a while since our last update and we wanted to get in touch with everyone. Our 19" SM-10 & FL-5 project is still going strong. Our sample wheels are set to arrive next month, and we are looking forward to giving you a real life representation of what these wheels will look like. Stay tuned as there are exciting updates coming soon

Great question! Because of the relatively high offset requirements for the F3x, it is tough to produce a concave face while still allowing room for proper tire fitment.

The concave 18x9" ET30 can be used with some though negative camber as seen here with 255/35-18 tires:

Thanks.

I run 19x10j ET40 with 265/35 MPSS on a lowered F31 without issue!

Would love a set if these, but only in max concave!

Nice! A 19x10" ET40 deep concave may be possible depending on design. Our 18x10.5" ET40 FL-5 for the M2 uses deep concavity for example.

We'll likely produce these in many of the same widths and offsets as our 18s, with a few additional more ideal higher offsets for the rear.

Very soon as in next year or next month. We waited a year for just these being available in 19s

These wheels are now available through our group buy here.

Is this anthracite? Looks lighter than usual anthracite color in other pics.

What are weights on the 19s for staggered F3x figment?

Looking at the group-buy and seeing the 19x9s weighing 22.5lbs is more than I expected.

In 18x8.5 f3x fitment, the sm10 is lighter than the arc8. In 19x8.5 the arc8 is listed as 20.45 so was hoping to see the sm10 at or below 20.45 in f3x fitment.

Hopefully that will be the case when they are released although seems unlikely that a half inch of width and offset would account for +2lbs

Thanks for the post! This is indeed the Anthracite finish, and is the same color used on our current Anthracite wheels. The photo may be making it look lighter than reality.

Since our pre-production sample wheels in these particular sizes are still inbound, I've listed our "expected" weights below. These numbers are typically accurate within +/- 0.1 lbs:

Expected 19x8.5" ET35 SM-10 weight: 21.23 lbs
Expected 19x9.5" ET35 SM-10 weight: 22.88 lbs

With the size and weight of newer BMWs continually increasing, we made the tough (but what we feel was the correct) decision to maintain the reinforced inner and outer lip design used in the 18" version of the SM-10, but with a load rating that is 10% above the JWL/VIA standard. This does add some weight, there's no way around it. In exchange, you get a wheel that is far less likely to get damaged, even with the reduced cushion of lower-profile 19" tires. With the side-milled spokes we've negated nearly all of that extra weight. Our reasoning for this was simple: An off-track excursion or pothole can easily bend a wheel and ruin a track day or road trip. An extra fraction of a pound will not.
