Hey everyone. Figured I'd post up my F30 that I got back 6 months ago. I recently started to modify it after doing a few baseline lap times at my local track. Pretty much drove her all stock the first 3 track days to get a feel for the new toy. I've been tracking for over 3 years now on AWD and FWD platform so wanted to give RWD a shot. Came from a track specd Focus RS and Fiesta ST recently.
Here she is now with mods listed: 2015 335i 6 speed manual trans M sport factory Modification/changes: M Performance Splitter (rep) M Performance side skirt sticker (rep) M Performance electronic steering wheel M Performance exhaust M Performance F80 Side Livery graphics Vivid Pro CF wrapped trim pieces Bootmod3 v6.4 stage 2 PLM ( eBay ) catless downpipe Gplus ( eBay ) intercooler VRSF chargepipes Bilstein B14 Coilovers 437m (rep) 19x8.5/9.5 wheel set Michelin pilot super sport 255/35/19 square Planted seat bracket Planted side mounts Status Race Seat IRP chassis mounted shifter APR F80 chassis mounted splitter APR E82 spec GTC200 Rear wing Fully Torqued Racing Splitter Rods Hawk DTC60 front pads Centric slotted front rotors Castrol SRF brake fluid Next track day is whenever this lock down disappears! Retrofitted an M2 electronic steering wheel into the F30! Even though it's for a DCT/ paddle shift wheel it works perfectly on my manual transmission set up.
-tricolor stitching -center trim different from f30 model |

This is the 2nd toy! Picked it up for $1k and dumped $4k into repairs, refresh, and modifications. This one will be my main track weapon since it's easier to crash a $5k car vs a $30k car 😂

Decided to commit towards the F30. My track E36 is pretty dialed in for my linking so back to the f30 build we go.
New recaro pole position for seat. Powerflex bushings/inserts all ordered for rear subframe and thrust arm. What's next: -Eibach front and rear sway bar -APR GT250 Wing -livery |

Got my Powerflex order in! Manage to knock out the rear subframe + diff inserts after work. Took about 30-45 minutes on a lift.
Tomorrow if I have time I'll knock out the thrust rod bushings. Yes I know monoball is much better but this was much cheaper My Konig Freeform should arrive tomorrow also. I'll be reusing 255/40/18 Conti Sport contact. I have tracked run flats before and have no issue still doing it. :. I ended up buying: 18x8.5 +32 Free form Matt silver |

Got the Powerflex Race Thrust Rod bushings with adjustable caster in last night. Car turns so much sharper. Next will be the f80 lower control arm for more camber.

Amazon Prime came in clutch. $50 shipped 1 day
It was around $90 and they offered a $20 off coupon, stacked it with my $20 Amazon credit. Unfortunately they are no longer available.... I tried to get you guys screenshot of the company selling it... |

Livery got slapped on the last few days. Look killer, can't wait to get her back on track this Friday.
Also slapped my Federal RSR 255-35-18 test tires on! |
