I am undoing my NBT retrofit FSC-emulator box and replacing it with an after-market Retrofit FSC code set via USB plug in update.

2012 (May) F30 car with CIC no/nav factory setup

Currently using donor NBT HU w/NAV prof. from 2015 car. So when installed the Emulator box I had to VO code the NBT ECU w/Zeitkriterium 03/2015 and also with Donor VIN. Also VO coded the KOMBI ECU and EPS ECU, and iDrive Controller ECU with 07/13 and 07/14 Zeitkriteruim.

Question:

Since the after-marker FSC codes will "validate" my factory VIN and will write it into my retrofit donor NBT HU...will I still need to VO code the NBT HU ECU, and KOMBI ECU, and EPS ECU , and IDrive Controller ECU with a Zeitkriterium?

Yes. Old Zeitkriterium is CIC Coding, not NBT.

Thank you. So to confirm, after the NBT Retrofit FSC set is imported, I will still need to VO code with the proper later Zeitkriterium those ECUs that were not yet manufactured in 2012 May (my car's factory manufacture date).
