If I use an OBD2 Y cable, one end connected to my P3 gauge, and the other end connected to this dongle...Should I expect any issues? Can I flash the car with the Y adapter and gauge hooked up still?

I'd just unplug the gauge when you go ahead and log. Not sure if it would cause issues with a Y cable though..

Since it's wireless.... what if during the flash, it somehow disconnects. What would happen to your car? Can you just reflash again? or are you gonna gonna have to go dealership to flash back the stock tune

Depends really. Some times it can be recovered, like you just reflash and its fine. In rare situations if the flash is interrupted (for any reason including low battery etc) it can "brick" the DME and it will have to be reprogrammed. I havent heard of that happening in a long time though, flash times are very fast now.
