TMS Bi-xenon headlight module coding

Anyone have a guide or know how to code the headlight main control module? (Tms one).

My mechanic has stated he cant seem to get the module to save the code and it keeps rewriting itself and then saying "error coding module", im not sure how it works so seeking help.

The car is an F32 428i and has a brand new headlight but into the drivers side as the old one was waterlogged and all modules were destroyed before anyone asked what happened.

The TMS module is brand new from BMW and has never been used before and its the exact same parts number as my previous one (7440879). If anyone knows why the module wont code please let me know or has a link to anywhere that will help i would appreciate it.
