I'd replace them as soon as you can. Cracking and looks like the tire is worn close to the wear bars. I assume all 4 look similar? Why wait till vehicle inspection time to replace? I assume you know the tires won't pass, and that is why you are asking and want confirmation?

You don't replace tires to pass inspection, you replace them to keep you safe. Those look to be overdue.

Plenty of tread, with some cracking.... but if going back on lease you will need to replace. I would avoid high speed driving with those tires.

When I lived in Phoenix, AZ, USA, with the desert heat and sun. I let a dry tire go a little too long.
That made for a terrible day. That could have been easily prevented.
That's a ticking time bomb right there.

Those tires are perfect for a moron, keep them on right until the last minute. Maybe they'll blow, maybe the won't
Hopefully you're alone on the road when you go careening into a jersey barrier or a ditch, no big loss though, just one less fkn moron to share the roadways with.

Garage List
What our Canadian friend means is that we recommend you take one last and final trip with those tires at low speeds to a nearby tire shop to purchase a new set.
