With all due respect, even clean title f36s aren't going for 42, let alone 40. It will be very tough to sell at that range.

+1!! Mods do not translate to resale value and with a rebuilt title (no matter the reason) you are at least $10,000 overpriced. You are in 2020/21 G20 M340i territory.

I was just trying to get back as much as I can tbh and yes after looking into it, I should probably sell it for lower.
