No, some have put 245/30R20 F, and 275/30R20 R.
I prefer to be close to OE size, but the deal on 245/35 was too good to pass.

Usually, should use 235/35R20F and 275/30R20 rear, they're same height.

Lowest tire height difference is very important on an x-drive car.

Did you lower the car (Which Brand)? If so any rubbing or anything.

Are the tires too stretched for your taste with those tire dimensions. I do not want to get away from keeping an original/classy look.

How is it lowering on 20's? Is it doable/worth it or is there a ton of rubbing.

I have Dinan springs not installed yet.

245/35/20 No protrusion in the front, completely flush with fender.
275/30/20 Rear has ever so slight protrusion - maybe .5-1cm

H&R sports

No Rubbing.

This is the only shot I have that is closest to a "profile"

Piano Black PUR 4OUR Wheels (cast wheels)

Front: 20x9 with 245/30/20 Michelin Super Sports

Rear: 20x10.5 with 285/25/20 Michelin Super Sports

Running a 10mm H&R spacer in the front and a 5mm in the rear!
